Young activists participate in the programme by spending three months at the World Movement’s Secretariat, where they build global contacts and share experiences with fellow activists from around the world.
The purpose of the Hurford Youth Leadership Exchange Program is to develop leadership skills in young people. Hurford Youth Fellows will participate in strategic discussions, conduct research, organise and lead presentations, as well as share information. Participants should be no older than 30 years old. The Hurford will fund all of the Selected Participants’ expenses.

- A fellow who would complete their program will be served as Regional or country’s focal person and become part of the Fellowship Alumni Network by which they can lead World Youth Movement activities.
